Here’s a list of pages where I’ve organised all of my Youtube videos for you to watch here, on the site. If you’re looking for pdf files to accompany my Youtube lessons, simply click on the series title (e.g. Walking Bass) and below each video you should find a link (e.g. walking bas 01.pdf) just right click on it and choose ‘save file as’ or save target as’ to download it to your computer.
Guitar Idol 2009 was a blast. Ed Broad and I got to lay down some serious groove and bust our chops, backing 12 of the best young guitarists in the world. I’ve posted videos from all of the finalists, as well as a little Guitar Idol diary of my own…
Guitar Idol 2008 was my first ever experience with the competition. It was heavy duty and high pressure. We met all 12 finalists on a Friday and rehearsed for 10 hours straight!! Next morning we were at the L.I.M.S. show bright and early and got to rock hard wth an amazing range of talented young musicians.

Country Guitar Legend appeared at the Ernie Ball aftershow party at the 2009 London International Music Show. Dario Cortese, Darren Ashford and I were invited to play with him. This was a real blast and a great opportunity to play with a master musician that I’ve admired for many years.
Dario is an incredible guitar player and one of my best friends in London. The ICMP had a music night at the Powers bar in Kilburn on 26.11.2008. The band features Dario Cortese (gtr) me, (bs) Holger Skepeneit (keys) Darren Ashford (dr) and musically was a mix of blues, country and funk.
Rom D is fantastic Jazz funk drummer from France and every year I travel over to stay with his family while we play arounf Nice, Monaco and various gigs in the South of France. The band is different every year that we go, but it’s always awesome fun. Sometimes we have very special guest musicians (some of the best musicians in Europe) jump up to jam with us. It’s always wicked.
The Dirty Hands is my very own band. If you like monsterous XXL sized rock riffs, but you like your songs to have catchy hooks and harmony rich vocals, look no further…
Boo is one of the world’s most under-rated singer songwriters. Half of the gigs I did with him, I’d pretend I couldn’t remember the bass parts. So I’d get to just sit 2 feet away and listen to him perform. Magical.
Rosalie is a wonderful singer songwriter from Holland, via Barsley. She has the voice of an angel and writes extremely beautiful songs. When we gigged together we had a right line in banter between songs too…
